Who is responsible?

The anonymous assessment
The eight-question assessment and its PDF are generated in your browser. The website does not send your answers or results to Maptav, store them in a customer database or require an email address to show them. Leaving or reloading the page clears the answers. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. The reference identifies your report; it is not a code for retrieving a stored record.
Contact requests and optional sharing
Forms prepare an email draft on your device. They do not submit a request to a server. You review the content and send it yourself through your email application. Name, email address, optional company and your message are included. Assessment answers and results are included only when you select the sharing checkbox. Please avoid confidential customer information and sensitive personal data.
Why information is used
Information you send is used to answer your enquiry, arrange a conversation and consider a possible commercial relationship. Handling business enquiries relies on Maptav’s legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers, or steps you request before a contract where applicable. Contacting Maptav does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The assessment does not make automated decisions about your eligibility or access to services.
Hosting, email and technical data
The website is hosted by Hostinger on a server located in the Netherlands. This server location does not mean that all personal data associated with website visits or email correspondence is processed exclusively in the Netherlands. The website itself adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If you send an email, your email provider and Microsoft 365, used by Maptav Partners SRL for email, process that message. The website prepares email drafts on your device; it does not send messages automatically.
Retention
The website keeps no database of assessment answers or draft enquiries. If you send a message, correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking account of applicable record-keeping obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Unnecessary correspondence should be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Maptav to make a request. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
